Laboratory Manager
Kelsey Dodge is an Idaho native with a BS in Biology and a background in research at Boise State University. She has been with the lab since 2015, starting in Operations/Grossing before moving into Histology, and became Laboratory Manager in February 2023.
Kelsey leads day-to-day lab operations and quality systems, including CAP accreditation requirements, laboratory manuals and procedures, and a team of 15. She’s also our go-to problem solver—equal parts big-picture thinker and process detective (a top-tier nerd, in the best way).
Assistant Laboratory Manager
Jonathan Cassebier holds a BS in Biology and previously taught anatomy in the cadaver lab at Washington State University. He joined StratumDx in November 2021 and serves as Assistant Laboratory Manager.
Jonathan leads grossing and lab operations, supports pathology assisting workflows, and helps ensure reporting clarity through strong quality control and provider-to-lab communication. He also has a well-documented love of microscopic imagery and the unexpected beauty of cellular detail.
